Rates and Insurance

Rooted Lancaster LLC is currently in network with Highmark, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Capital Blue Cross, Aetna, and Quest (Penn Medicine/LGH & Wellspan employees). We do not provide Medicaid or Medicare services. We offer sliding scale to limited self-pay clients. Self-pay and out of network clients please inquire.
