Rooted Lancaster LLC is currently in network with Highmark, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Capital Blue Cross, and Aetna. We do not provide Medicaid or Medicare services. We offer sliding scale to limited self-pay clients. Self-pay and out of network clients please inquire.
